• Standard - FREE - Delivered within 2-3 working days
• Express - £1.00 - Delivered within 1-2 working days
• Expedited - £6.95 - Delivered on the next working day*

Orders placed before 12pm weekdays are usually dispatched that day.

Standard Delivery

• Standard delivery is FREE
• Usually dispatched using Royal Mail 48 service
• Typical delivery time is 2-3 working days

Express Delivery

• Express delivery is £1.00
• Usually dispatched using Royal Mail 24 service
• Typical delivery time is 1-2 working days

Expedited Delivery

• Expedited delivery is £6.95
• Usually dispatched using a 24-hour courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery
• Delivered on the next working day
• *Please note that the next-day delivery service is only applicable when your order is completed before 2pm Monday - Friday.  If you order after this time we will dispatch it on the next working day.

You have a 30 day returns period which starts from the day you received your order. During this time you are allowed to change your mind and return the item to us. Upon letting us know you wish to return your order you have an additional 14 days to do so.

Please note that the 30 days and 14 days refer to calendar days, not working days, so weekends are included in the time period.
